WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE STAY DATES? 

Commencement week at The Study includes rates and stay dates ranging from Monday, May 24 through Sunday, May 30, 2027.

For longer stays, please use our standard booking link or call our team directly so we can personally assist with your reservation and recommend the best available accommodations for your visit. 

IS THERE A MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY? 

To best accommodate multiple department-specific ceremonies taking place over the same week, minimum stay requirements vary by arrival date and anticipated demand and are subject to change based on room type and availability.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

DO I PAY NOW OR LATER? 

A deposit equal to the first night’s room rate plus tax is required to secure your reservation and is charged at the time of booking. The remainder of the stay will be charged on Friday, April 9, 2027.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF ROOMS APPEAR SOLD OUT OR MY PREFERRED DATES AREN’T SHOWING AS AVAILABLE? 

Certain booking patterns and room types may be on a waitlist due to high demand. Please call or email our team to be added to the waitlist. We'll contact you directly should these accommodations become available.

We invite you to contact our hotel team directly for the most up-to-date information, as inventory may change as additional reservations are modified or released. 

WHAT DOES THE WAITLIST ENTAIL?

As each room type reaches capacity for the weekend, a waitlist is established and managed through phone or email inquiries. Guests will be added to the appropriate waitlist in the order requests are received and contacted directly as reservations become available. Those remaining on a waitlist will also receive periodic updates and reminders throughout the academic year so they may plan accordingly.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? 

Cancellations made before Friday, April 9, 2027 will receive a full refund of the deposit with no cancellation fees. Reservations cancelled on or after the 9th are non-refundable.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I BOOK AFTER APRIL 9, 2027? 

Reservations booked on or after Friday, April 9, 2027 require full prepayment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
